OUR COVID-19 MEASURES

Dear guest,

In order to welcome you safely and secure we have taken important measures. Please be informed about our COVID-19 regulations below. Kindly know that these measurements can be adjusted at all times by the hotel; we will always follow the official COVID-19 guidelines given by the Government.

SIGNAGE

We have placed signage throughout the hotel helping you and others maintaining 1.5 meters distance at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, the following signage: one-direction walking routes, maximum capacities per space/room, closed areas and facilities, and designated waiting areas.

DISINFECTANT

When entering and leaving the hotel all guests are requested to clean their hands with disinfectant, also gloves are available if preferred. All hotel rooms are equipped with disinfectant wipes for you to use. It is also possible to clean your hands in the bathrooms of our public areas when open.

HOTEL CLEANING

We increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces, especially in public areas, such as the counter at the Front Desk, elevator buttons, door handles, bathrooms and room keys.

ROOM CLEANING

Housekeeping will only clean rooms upon check-out and guests will automatically use the Make A Green Choice program. In case guests stay at the hotel more than 3 nights, we clean the room after the 3^rd night when the guest is outside of the room for a few hours.

SAFETY & CLEANING GUIDELINES

Safety and cleaning guidelines are available and published throughout the hotel to help you and others to stay safe.

STAFF

All staff members have received special COVID-19 awareness training and receive reminders on the protocol in our daily meetings. For all staff members it is mandatory to clean their hands on a regular basis. Operational staff with guest contact is using gloves. Housekeeping staff will be using masks.

Coffee lounge 2^nd floor  & Roof terrace

The coffee lounge is open for our guests comfort to grab a free cup of coffee, cappuccino or cup of tea to your liking or enjoy your drink at our rooftop terrace on the second floor.    It is mandatory to maintain 1.5 meters distance with other people at all times in our coffee lounge and roofterrace,  we have adjusted our lounge and rooftop set up accordingly.

(EXTRA) SERVICES

Online check  in / check out : we would like to inform that we offer the possibility to pre-check in online for your reservation, to fill out all details before your arrival. This allows you to have paperless check in where you will only have to receive your key to your room. It is mandatory to fill in your details before hand to make your check in safe and quick. Furthermore we have the option of online check out and we advise you to make of this service.
